PARKING
Garage San Marco is open and guarded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
We have 900 parking spaces distributed over multiple floors.
Access is allowed for vehicles up to 2.10 meters in height.
Maximum car width: 2.20 meters.
Reservation is not mandatory but is recommended to guarantee priority access and avoid queues upon arrival.
No, Garage San Marco is not subject to restricted traffic zone limitations.
The garage is located in Piazzale Roma, in the historic center of Venice, just steps away from water buses and public transport.
Car exits during the parking period are not allowed except in special situations authorized by Management.
SECURITY
Yes, the garage has 24/7 video surveillance and constant security.
Yes, our staff is present 24 hours a day, even on holidays.
The garage is covered by liability insurance. We recommend verifying the coverage of your car insurance policy.
PAYMENTS AND RATES
With Garage San Marco you can book your parking space and make payment online or not book and pay directly on-site before departure.
We accept cash, major credit cards and debit cards.
Yes, rates may vary based on season and events in the city. Check our website for updated rates.
Yes, we issue regular invoices for all services requested.
To request an electronic invoice, please contact the cashier before picking up your vehicle.
The 24 hours related to the daily contract start from the entry time shown on the receipt given at entrance.
Reservations are for 24-hour stays without fractions. For other rates see the relevant section.
RESERVATION
If you arrive more than two hours late from the time indicated in the reservation, please notify us by phone at 041-5232213: this way we will keep your space reserved.
All reservation details are shown both in the reservation confirmation email and in the attached document. The reservation code is indicated at the top of the document.
A full refund is provided only if the cancellation was made within 24 hours before the arrival time indicated in the reservation. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the reservation.
Following an online reservation, both with the pay-at-cashier option and the pay-online option, you receive a confirmation email with the reservation summary where you can verify all entered data. Receipt of the email serves as reservation confirmation. If you haven’t received anything, check the “I didn’t receive the confirmation email” section.
Please contact us at info@garagesanmarco.it specifying the reservation number and the new arrival and departure times/dates.
With the reservation you have a guaranteed space and privileged access.
You can cancel it by clicking on the dedicated link in the reservation confirmation email or from the website homepage, by clicking the “Cancel a reservation” button below the parking reservation form.
The reservation can be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival using the cancellation code indicated in the confirmation email.
Please check the spam folder in your mailbox. If it’s not there either, write us an email at info@garagesanmarco.it.
Please print the reservation confirmation email or keep it on your smartphone, so you can show it to our staff at the entrance during check-in and when you go to the cashier for check-out.
After creating your account on our website, you can book multiple parking spaces for the same period. For more cars, at least 10, contact us at info@garagesanmarco.it and we’ll be happy to prepare a personalized quote.

ACCESSIBILITY AND SERVICES
Yes, please notify the staff at the entrance to prefer a suitable parking space and to receive assistance with luggage unloading: we’ll be happy to help you. No free service is provided.

We are only 100 meters from the vaporetti and our location is also ideal for those who want to visit Venice exclusively on foot.
ELECTRIC CHARGING
Of course, on some floors there are charging stations. Upon arrival, please tell our staff at the entrance that you need to charge your car. The cost is €30 per single charge, regardless of the kW charged. The car will be charged up to the maximum limit set by the owner. The car must be movable to allow other vehicles to be charged as well.

WATER TAXI

The room can accommodate up to 20 people with ergonomic seating.
