To clear up any doubts
If you arrive more than two hours later than the booking time indicated, please notify us by phone at 041-5232213: in this way we can keep your parking space reserved.
All the booking details are in both the booking confirmation e-mail and in the document attached to it. The booking code, is indicated at the top of the document.
A full reimbursement will be made only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the time of arrival indicated in the booking, the reimbursement will be made using the same method used to pay for the booking.
Following booking online, whether with the cash payment option or the online payment option, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with a summary of the booking where you can check all the information entered. The reception of this e-mail can be considered a confirmation of your booking. If you did not receive anything, consult the item “I did not receive the confirmation e-mail”.
Please contact us at email@example.com specifying your booking number and the new time/date of arrival and departure.
If you book, your space and privileged access is guaranteed.
To cancel, click on the dedicated link in the booking confirmation e-mail or on the website home page, click the “Cancel a booking” button under the parking space booking form.
The booking can be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival, using the cancellation code indicated in the confirmation e-mail.
Check your spam folder in your mail box. If it is not there, write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please print the booking confirmation e-mail or keep it on your smartphone, so that you can show is to our staff at the entrance during check-in and when you go to check out.
Once you have created your account on our website, you can book multiple parking spaces for the same period. For several cars, at least 10, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to prepare a personalised estimate.
